After arriving from Cleveland I noticed my Escape was leaking oil and took it to Galloway Ford late afternoon on 23December. Originally it would cost $2,500.
Proving additional coverage through phone conversation via St. Louis the cost was $100 deductable. Surprisingly it was ready the 26th. During my solo drive home the oil light came on in WVirginia.
Concerned I parked and walked in the snow and dark to the next exit to buy oil. I took my Escape to the service department in Cleveland where they fixed it and told me the original seals that it rolled out of the factory were still on the vehicle. GallowayFord knew I was to travel back to Ohio and was obviously orthopedic challenged yet they willfully put my safety in the balance.
Written letters have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable and questions the character of GallowayFord and their commitment for fair service to women and baby boomers.
Monetary Loss: $200.
